The Bartow County Republic Party (BCRP) wants to make sure that you have important upcoming election dates handy. We will try and keep this as current as possible, however, if we are missing anything, please reach out.

March 7, 2022

Earliest day to apply for an absentee ballot for the May General Primary Election.

April 25, 2022

Last Day for a person to register to be eligible to vote in the General Primary/Non-Partisan/Special Election and Runoff Election.

May 2, 2022

Advanced (Absentee in-Person) Voting begins for the General Primary/Non-Partisan/Special Election.

August 22, 2022

Earliest day to apply for an absentee ballot for November General Election.

October 11, 2022

Last day for a person to register and be elible to vote in the November General Election and Runoff Election. *October 10th is a State Holiday*

October 17, 2022

Advanced (Absentee in-Person) Voting begins for the November General Election.

October 28, 2022

Last day to submit absentee ballot for the November General Election.

Voter Registration Requirements

Be a Citizen of the United State of America
Be a Legal Resident of Bartow County (OR County in Which You Register)
Be at Least 17 1/2 to Register and 18 to Vote
Not Have Been Found Mentally Incompetent By a Judge
Not Be Serving a Sentence for Conviction of a Felony Involving Moral Turpitude

Legal Definition of Moral Turpitude

1: an act or behavior that gravely violates the sentiment or accepted standard of the community
2: a quality of dishonesty or other immorality that is determined by a court to be present in the commission of a criminal offense
